OK everyone, I got some more info. about the meet in Sterling at the beach. We are all set, but there is one thing the town wants. They want names and your plate #s for one day passes.

So whatever truck/car you are driving, I would need the driver's name (the owner) and that plate # and the state the truck/car is from.

Alittle work for me, but I do not mind doing it. But I would need this info. before the 20th, so I can get the day passes before the 20th.

Giving plate #s over the web you may not want to do. Please PM me your phone # so I can call you to get the info. Or you may just ask for my # in the PM.

So a head count would be great also. I will start a thread for a head count. Please post if you plan on coming. Also give info. if you are planning to bring anyone with you. This thread is for head count only. Talking about the meeting will remain in this thread.

Oh and the cost of the day passes are free. Just in case someone asks about it.

As far as the dino goes, I have not heard from them. I will check and make sure they are still interested. I have to work out some details on it.

 

I will be posting directions in a day or two. I have a map of the town that I will highlight the way to the beach.

Then I will do directions to get to the town also.

Yes, but please look up the laws for boating for the state on MA. Not sure if a canoe needs #s on it or not.

No there is not. Not sure if you can camp at the beach or not. I don't think so.

I think the dino is a dead issue. Need to get alot of people to dino for the company to open on a Sunday. The owner almost did it for me. But the people that work there said no way to coming in. The owner would force them if he has a chance to do 50 to 100 dinos.

 

Woo-hoo.... I will most likely be showing up and with the 68. I just gotta get the tires swaped out and the front wheel bearing taken care of and the interior cleaned up.

Anyone wanna help me out with that???? I wanna go to the 4x4 jamboree(8/5/06-8/6/06) in VT but it the same weekend I can get use of a tire machine.........

As for the dyno I need to use a dyno but I'm not ready yet. I wanna dyno my car befor and after I do some head work but I'm short 1 ford racing head and a set of stage 2 cams. I got the adjustable cam gears though.

 

Update...
Last friday I dieleve I had a dearing in the rear end of the 68 seize up and in turn seized up the entire rear end. I will most likely be coming in the focus for this event. I doubt I will be getting the 68 on the road in time.
