Okay, they've confirmed June 10th.
They need a place ASAP.
Also, they would like to start around 10am, and they need a solid head count ASAP because they will be providing lunch.
Please send an email to service<!-- -->@ford-trucks.com ASAP if you can make a firm commitment, plus you guys/gals need to hash it out in the next day or 3 where this will take place.

A couple of options in the Wichita area.
Sedgwick County Park, most everyone probably know what this place is like.
Andover Central Park, at least I think that's the name. It's the park on Central out just the other side of the newer schools, a little less than a half mile past Andover Rd. We just recently discovered this park, it's a nice looking place, quiet, and it has a fairly good sized banquet hall if we want. Not sure what the price would be on that. Only thing is we'd need to talk to Andover about reserving the park for a few hours or whatever. It's kinda popular with fisherman, so we would almost certainly have non-FTE folks in it if we don't reserve it.
I'll call the city of Andover tonight and see if we can reserve it. Any idea about how long we'll need it?

They won't need any special banquet halls or facilities. I think they may either have a picnic or take you all out to dinner.
Unfortunately, I have some personal bad news. As much as I would dearly love being there, I can't. Peggy has a women's retreat already paid for and I'm stuck at home watching the kids over the weekend.
If everyone will commit to wearing it for the video shoot, I can see about getting an FTE t-shirt to all those who don't have already have one. Please don't ask for one if you've got one, it gets expensive supplying these!
