JD, I can make it to the Hooters on 1960 where we met before. That is as far as I can go these days. Looks like I may have to drop out of school to cover the bills. Divorces are expensive.

Is there a set date yet? Not trying to pressure anybody by asking. It's just that on 07 July I leave to begin my training for a second tour to the Litter Box in the east. I'm hoping it will happen in time for me to be able to make it, but if not I hope yall enjoy it and have a blast

 

I will be unable to attend anything in that time frame. But if there is wide support for meeting this weekend or next, I'll do what I can from here to help make that happen. I believe we've agreed on the Round Rock area and Old Traveler's Park, or something there abouts. Does anyone have a date suggestion? This weekend? Next? A weekend in July or August?

 

I'm free on the weekend of the 30th.....

 

Yeah, that Saturday July 1st would be good. We would be fresh out of the mud races in Llano from Friday night. Sunday even better, it would give me a chance to wash the mud off.

 

I'll be at the car show in Cedar park (1431 & Parmer-HomeDepot) this Saturday evening...First one since completing the turbo setup. ((Weather Permitting))

Hello...there is a great rod run in austin at 1431 and palmer on saterday nights...there is a whatburger there and a large home depo parking lot...lots of great cars and people show up stop by my truck and say hello...take care bill

 

They have closed that show on Saturdays...some of us have been meeting at the HEB on Hwy.79 and Mays in Round Rock.

Gettin' in kind'a late here guys. Did the State Rally ever take place in Round Rock as you were discussing?

I was wondering what you might think of my idea (see "New Idea - Rally") for either late 07 or mid 08. I'd be willing to lead the band on this one if I can recruit some worker bees for the event.

Is there still interest in coming to Central TX?

 

Summer '07 would be great, and central TX, say Round Rock or Austin as previously planned, is perfectly cool, IMO.

I posted about a Cedarpark car meet but just got kicked out buy property management, no new meet location yet this last one was bringing out up to 200 cars. with trucks, maby around october when the weather is better.
