So I decided to install the bulletin repair kit for may cracked door frame this weekend. And thought I would share one snag that I ran into.. The install went very well. The only hard part was welding the crack without damaging the paint too much.. The snag that I ran into, was that my power window would drag half way up causing my window motor to over work.. what I found was that the rear window runner has a permanent clip on the back side of it that should clip under the metal guide inside of the door.. as it turned out, I had it on top of the metal guide causing the bind in the glass as it travel upward.
