Cool '97 F150 coolant leak?

So I'm reading about the gasket problems for this truck, lower intake manifold (LIM), head gasket, others. I recently changed my plugs/wires and got a CLE for misfires in C5 and C6. C6 has a wet plug, and the truck has always seemed to have a slow coolant leak (although after adding stop leak it seemed to slow down). Haven't needed to add coolant for months. Replaced O2 sensors on bank 1 (2? can't recall). Both showing lean and rich mixture. Two mechanics cannot completely diagnose, one suggests changing ALL engine gaskets, the other just the LIM gaskets. Is this a coincidence, ran o.k. before I changed the plugs/wires. Truck has ~124K miles. Should I do more than change the LIM gaskets at this stage?
