I would like to know if I could put a rack under the front end of my old manual steering. or if a power steering would bolt right up and were I could get it.

I realize that the search feature is down but please surf through the old threads and you will find numerous ones on Power Steering conversion's for the 67-72 Trucks.

If your good at fabricating I suppose you could put a rack set up on these, but I would suggest finding a donor and just installing a power box/pump.

I think it would be just a bolt on, as long as you found the pump to fit your motor application. The box would just unbolt and put the new on. I would watch the pitman arm though, you may have to change the front linkage to match. I'm not sure, but I would check.
