And importantly, that whipple package (to my knowledge) doesn't include an intercooler.

My understanding is that when Ford produced the Lightning, the internals of the supercharged 5.4 where upgraded to take the additional mechanical stress. Does Saleen do the same thing, or do they just add a supercharger and intercooler to a standard 3v 5.4? And, I bet I know the answer.

Saleen normally adds forged internals, I don't see why this case would be any different.

Am I alone?

Am I the only person who wants a performance truck with 4wd? I've heard and I acknowledge all the counter-arguments, "just buy a car if you want to drive fast," or "who wants to tow with a performance truck, that's just not practical." Well I guess I'm the only impractical guy out there. This truck is pretty incredible, however I want something quick with some utility; something that instills comfort when I hit that god-awful upstate NY lake effect snow. Is there anyone else out there who has this impossible dream?
