Shame that they recycled the 1997-2006 bodyshell. New front clip is nice though.

I hope that if Ford is going to come out with a 3/4 ton version they put a solid rear axle back into it, not a fan of the IRS to me all suvs or trucks that claim they can tow 9100 lbs should have a solid rear axle.

the only thing the 97-02 shared with the 03-06 was the front doors.

Not bad, jury still out on the Front Face, I am partial to my 2004 face. But the new look could grow on me. My current expy has IRS, whats the difference between the 2007 and mine? The new side body cladding is alot nicer though, as well as the interior. I like the options on the wheels with regard to size and style choices. Nice truck.

Thumbs up

I...Need...One.

Like the new grill. And the floor shifter. Seats are purrty, too.
But why not "XL" instead of "EL"? Too confusing with the "XLT" package badge?

I'd like the (base) price to stay under $40K. Mabye even under $35K.

I got to see one in person today at the houston auto show. I was extremely impressed with the design. It was very strange but when I went over to the GMC area, the Denali looked EXACTLY like the Expedition with the exception of the grill.

I see that boat they are pulling behind it but how can you see around it with those mirrors? Are they going to make tow mirrors for this one? Not just the clamp on ones.

I like it and am impressed with all the changes. I hope the seats are more comfortable than the current seats. I like the 6-speed but I wish they would offer a diesel. Oh well, maybe next year.
