Truck bed toys
Christmas was a good one and now I have new ski and snow board gear. 
With my old equipment I didn't really think much of it and just left it in the back. But now with new gear, I don't want it ripped off. I also have an ATV and about every other week, I am making the mandatory run to the home improvement store for materials for the "honey do list". I would like to either find a ski/board rack that mounts to the the top of the bed rails so I don't have to reach far for it or climb up to the roof to get em in and out, and that I can lock up, or a cover for the bed that I can lock, (obviously a hard cover), but one that can be removed easily so that I can load the ATV on a moments notice, (Volunteer search and rescue), or make the usual pickup of drywall, lumber etc from Home Depot...... 
Suggestions?
