Sorry to bother you guys again but im still stumped. Ok a few weeks ago i had some problems with my front wheels not engaging. The 4by4 light comes on, the solonoids click but no front wheel action. I checked the vaccum lines good that i can tell, Then i took the cover off (pardon my lingo) that black round puck thing on the front diff, moved the arm back and forth and gave it a shot of wd40, fixed..so i thought. It worked fine for about a week or so, then the same thing. everythign worked the way it was supposed to except engaging the front wheels. I did the same thing as i did before, and at first nothing, after about two or three hours i went back outside and presto, it worked. Now i did wash my truck the day before i dont know if i got some moisture where i wasnt suppoesed to or what. But wondering what could cause this, maybe the actuator im not sure nor do i claim to know a whole heck of alot about this kinda stuff. Any information and schematics or diagrams anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated. I thank again, and again sorry to post another four wheel drive problem post, but thank you again
