Question upper A arm question 98 f-150 4x4

can anyone tell me if there is a difference between the right and left A arms on my 98 4x4 i would think there marked for a reason but just wondering because Ive been having loads of trouble with my right front wheel feeling like it has a dead spot when you spin it with the truck on a jack and the left wheel spins smooth without any friction. i have put 3 axle's and 2 wheel bearings in the last 6 months the alignment is good the idler arm is new the lower ball joints are new and the gears were set up by local ford dealership and it has a 6" fabtech susp. lift what puzzels me also is the angle looks to be in a bind on dvr side but pass side looks good and is smooth rolling thanks for your help

so if the left and right were mixed up that could be where some of my problems are coming from because it is probably throwing the geometry of the hole front end off in some way thanks for your help if you could give me any more input it would be greatly appreciated

Go look at the numbers on the arms and post them. Someone will know.
