5.4 3v and/or2v??

Did this motor come with both 3v and the 2v? What were the years/options for the 3v??

3V=04+ in F150s, I think 05+ in Superdutys.
2V=04 Heritage down to 97, and 99-03 or 04 SDs.

I'm fairly certain that the 3V version engine first came out in the 05 models.

well the 2v was used until 04 in f-150's. but used until 05 in expy's. also used until 05 in sd. but the 2v is still being used in the excursoin and e series.

That depends on the model of F150. If you have a Heritage, then it would get the 2V. If you have the standard 04 F150, then you have the 3V.

04 Heritages look like the 97-03 F150s. They are the same truck basicly. Regular 04+ F150s look like what is available right now.
