Reciever hitch

I was just wondering if anyone knew where you could purchase different add ons for the reciever hitch. I saw a Ram driving one day with a ball sack hanging from the hitch. Just curious as to if there are any other things like that I could purchase myself, and if so where.

Thanks
James
