I'm hoping the system has been properly bled... I am assuming such, as you have replaced multiple components, but I mention it anyway... The MC must be bench bled before installation as well- basically feed from the outlets back into the reservoir, and use a punch to simulate the actuator rod, and move it in and out until the bubbles stop... If you simply put it in and then bleed the system, you will not get all the air out...
