Two times:

1. At 9500 miles to have trans rebuilt.
2. This past week to get new hi-mount brake light for water leak.

2004 Bought in November 03, I saw one and had to have one

Twice in 2 years. Wavy rear doors and PCM reflash. Pretty darn good I would say for a brand new truck in a brand new model redesign year

 

Zero so far so good

 

05 XLT Reg cab long bed, 5.4, 3:55LS.....got her in July....1800 miles and not a single problem...never in the shop.......only 1800 miles so far though...hmmmmmm, John

 

3 times

1. At 1352 miles enigne was replaced (bottom end let go in the first one!!), wheel center caps replaced (blue ford emblem kept falling off), Review mirror replaced due to shaking, New windshield installed due to them breaking it while removing review mirror

2. Rearend rebuilt due to whining at 50mph, wheel center caps replaced again (blue ford emblems fell off again)

3. Pass front door re-aligned (door would stick closed), A/C recharged (a/c not cold)
