I put 3/4 ton springs in my Ext cab short box f-150, the truck sits 2 inches higher in the rear with brand new springs for a light duty 3/4 ton in the front.

You can take the rear blocks out, thats a good thing to do...

Or you can leave the blocks and get new front coil springs that lift the front end 1.5-2"...but that'll be about $100-$150, plus alignment and probably new shocks.

Make sure your shocks are long enough at full suspension droop.

.......so lemme get this straight.....if i put 3/4 ton springs in the rear it would give me 4 inches of lift...but if i take the blocks out it would only lift the rear about 2 inches?

The blocks are 2 inch lift blocks.

If you want more lift, you can do rear shackle flip.

I'd consider this without just to get rid of the rear blocks.
