You can take the rear blocks out, thats a good thing to do...
Or you can leave the blocks and get new front coil springs that lift the front end 1.5-2"...but that'll be about $100-$150, plus alignment and probably new shocks.
Make sure your shocks are long enough at full suspension droop.
