Rear disc brake conversion questions

I've got a 94 f150 w/302, rear SBS(ABS?). I would like to convert to disc. From what I can find, its almost the same price as new drums and pads. Its also much better performing. A little extra off-set isn't a big deal to me as I'm puttin on wider rear rims anyways.

I've seen a couple other post about this. One, through a couple links, took me to this thread https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/s...=crazandy+disc

While its rather informative, it doesn't deal with the master cylinder properly.

My questions are...
Will a master brake cylinder from a 97-2003 F-150 w/ 4 wheel disc brakes work on my truck?
Will the rear calipers work from one as well?(I will buy or make mounts)

I'm on the look-out for rotors. I'll see if the 79 CJ front rotors will work, if I can find them.
