new 351

hey yall, i;ve been drivin the same 91 f-250 4x4 for the past couple years, i bought the truck from the third biggest construction company in the US, anyhow, the old motor is gettin kinda weak, it only runs on 7 most of the time, i am pretty sure it is a burnt valve, but as far as i am concerned it is time for a new motor anyway, its got almost 200 000 miles on it, anyhow my question is i was wondering if anybody has ever tried to run one of those new lunati voodoo cams that says it will work with the speed density EFI, the part no, is 61000LK

Hi,
I can't answer your question, I just wanted to take a moment to point out that your title "NEW 351" is not really your subject of discussion.

Please try to be more accurately descriptive in your title. Like "Anyone using a Lunati Voodoo cam?"

I hope this came across more contructive than criticism.

if the motor is tired, change the plugs and wires. I replaced my engine and when I went to reuse said items,I found it to be the cause of my poor engine problems. Coulda saved a ton of money.

If you change cams, be prepared to have to make other changes to accomodate it. Namely have your chip in your computer burned to take advantage of it. Then youd want to redo exhaust, yada yada yada. Like I was once told, it depends on what you want to do, and how much money you have to do it with.
