Tools of course, jumper cables, chain, jack and lug wrench, oil, jug of water, can of gas, set of work clothes (brake down one day in your nice clothes and that will make lots of sense to you) and a fire extinguisher (want to loose your baby to an electrical fire or something worse?). And that's about all I can think of for now.

Besides what everyone else has listed i allways carry bailing wire duct tape extra hose clamps and belts lots of water and I agree with the work cloths its nice to change into something to keep nice cloths nice! oh! a box of ruber gloves helps to stay clean too!
I mainly end up using most of what i carry helping out other people jumpers and water the most
but allways be prepared to have fun too! maybe somethings like a frisbee and swiming stuff is allways good

With all the gear everybody’s suggested, I think you’re gonna need another tool box! Seriously, the only other things I would suggest are some shop rags, paper towels and some waterless hand cleaner. Truck rope and a tarp would be handy. Maybe a bucket or container too. I like the Silver Bullet suggestion.

A hammer and a big hammer.
If something needs fixin I go at it with the hammer.
If that don't fix it I go at it with the big hammer.
That usually fixes it but good.
