Under floor brake stuff and aftermarket tranny mounts

Hello all,

One again I find myself challenging the space/time continuum.

I seems to be pretty clear that I will have major interference issues between my under floor brake booster/master cylinder combo and my after market transmission crossmember on my '53. It looks like I may have to build a new crossmember that mounts to the under side of the frame so that I have room for my brake junk.

What have you guys done?

Thanks much - Brad

Svoom, the secret is the use a talented pipe man. He is the guy that can make it come together. I used the No-Limit CM, The Denver specialties ( Tim)
brake set up, ( pedal, bracket, booster, master cyl.) and then the pipe guy came to me while the cab was still off. I have seen all the combo of eng/tran and have not seen issues with clearance if you use the 7" booster ( even the 7" double diaphram type. I may have pic in gall. Good luck
