04 front license plate bracket

I will soon be moving to a state where I do not need a front license plate. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to remove the front bracket on my 04 F-150 without doing any damage? Many Thanks in advance!!!

Get on your back, crawl under there, and take a peek with a flashlight. It's pretty easy after that. Or, you can search this forum for more answers. Good luck.

the bottom just unclips and you just pull the top off. You have to be careful with the top though so that you don't damage the bracket if you're going to want to put it back on at some point
