I Have a 48 F-5 With Mason Dump.
Currently stripped to the frame. The Frame liners are bad, I'm replacing them.
Got $700 in the front end, A T-98 syncroed 4 speed (with PTO) tranny from Chucks Trucks, got rid of the chash box tranny. Just had my 5-bolt SOLID rims power coated, not more Split rims!!!!!!!!!!
New 9R22.5 tires.

Another 55 F-600?

I thought I was the only one!! Man these things are scarce!

Check out my gallery. I have a few pictures in there.

I have 9.00-20 radials on it and 3 piece rims Goodyear recaps on the back and TOYO radials on the front.. I had a really hard time finding wheels so I had to buy rebuilt wheels fro Les Schwab. Had them powder coated.

I also had to replace the whole brake system. What a job! I also rebuilt the whole front end.

Now I'm grounded by the front crank pulley (54-55 239 V-8) . I can't find one!!(mine is broken)

I'll need a crank pulley with 1 narrow and 1 wide groove and a wide groove fan pulley...Anybody got this stuff in the junk box looking for a home?

Regards,
Rick

I have a 1949 F-5 with Marmon-Herrington All Wheel Drive conversion, in pretty good original condition (was always garaged). Has a flathead V-8 with original non-synchro four speed and two speed transfer case.
Also have a completely restored 1959 F-600 short wheelbase rack body truck. Has a completely rebuilt 292 V-8 with five speed Clark transmission and two speed Eaton rear axle.
