Which Rear main seal to buy? quick please

On the NAPA site they have a Rubber Rear main Seal a Teflon Rear main seal and i think a Viton Rear main seal

Which should i get?

I did this about a year and a half ago, when I replaced my clutch. I just used the the same seal "RUBBER" that came off the truck,( but new ) I figured that since it didnt ever leak in the first place why try something new. I had 140,000 on the clock. So i guess if my clutch makes it to 280,000 Ill replace the seal again.
