Trans Movement/Trans Shifting/Engine Tick

I have a 75 F250 4x4 with the 390 in her. Overall the truck runs great, it did from the moment I bought it 6 months ago. There are a few things I am concerned with that I have just noticed about my pickup.

#1 - There seems to be alot of movement in the transmission/transfercase area when I accelerate. Sometimes, I feel this movement in the clutch pedal when it is pressed to the floor and I rev the engine to about 6000-7000 RPM's. By this I mean, the tranny shifter and t-case shifter inside the cab move everytime I accelerate. If this a sign of bad motormounts and or tranny mounts?

#2 - I have noticed it is very hard shifting into 2nd gear from any other gear, mostly neutral. I find this to be the case when the truck is still moving about 5-10mph and I shift from 3rd or 4th gear to neutral, then down to 2nd (in order to make a right turn through an intersection or go over a speed bump, etc). Is this normal? Should I actually start shifting from 4th to 3rd to 2nd and bypass Neutral(by this I mean don't stop in the neutral position)? What might be wrong?

#3 - When I start the pickup I notice a "ticking" sound coming from the engine compartment, at idle and as the pickup is moving. As I start moving the ticking sound get progressivly faster or slower, depending on speed. I have check this out several times and cant seem to locate. It only seems to do it when I dont let the truck warm up for 10-15 minutes before driving (thats why I havent noticed it in the mornings), I notice it as I am leaving work. The sound will go away after about 10-15 minutes of driving. The sounds disappears (sometimes) when I engage/disengage the clutch. Any ideas what this could be? I am at a loss?

I appriciate any help you can offer me...

#1 reving an old stock engine that high is liekly to toss a rod or grenade the clutch. Check all the mounts

Nobody has any insight on #2??? I am thinking it is a synchro that needs replaced.

I'll check all the tranny and t-case mounts on issue #1.

I'll also check for exhaust leaks for issue #3. I am not redlinning the truck that hard, merely throttling up a bit. I dont have a tach, so I was guessing at RMP range. Something tells me its more than an exhaust leak, it doesnt sound like one. Its more of a solid tick. Remember when you placed the playing card on your bike and it make a tick noise as it passed through the spokes... that is similar to the noise I am hearing. ( I hope that analogy made sense to some of you)
