Quarter Horses

Well I am about to replace both rear Quarter panals on my '88 Bronco. Has anyone performed this surgery? Looking for tips and things to look out for. Also any rust preventative tips to keep the prone areas from rusting on these brand new skins?

Grog,

Only thing I can suggest is the use of a heavy-handed application of undercoating or better yet, bedliner of the roll-on/spray-on variety. Similar to the Rhino lining application on my tailgate. I think we have discussed the application.

Hey GS
I can answer my own question. Tack weld the fender on then put all the other parts back on to make sure the fender is still lined up then finish weld the fender!
Oh and dont over heat the welds it will warp the panal
Grog

Ps Hope you had a good Easter
