1978 F-150 Rear ?s

OK, I may be bable to get a 1978 Ford 9" rear end out of a Ford F-150. Any clue on the spline count/bearing size that was typical for this year. I tried wading through google search and a search on here, but was unable to find anything.
Thanks

It depends on the GVW of the truck and the original engine. Some were 28 and some were 31. Most V8's were 31 spline.
