1. Bad credit cards. In the USA Visa/Mastercard/Amex only provide address verification for Canada, the USA and Puerto Rico.
2. Bad tracking. Once products leave the USA border via the postal service they are often untrackable. UPS can track outside the USA border but their International service is expensive.
3. Delayed shipments. Sometimes items disappear in transit for days or weeks. Customer complains, another item is shipped and both end up showing up at the customer's address. Then they either rip you off and refuse to return one or wants Motorhaven to pay for return shipping on the 2nd item. If Motorhaven doesn't pay its out of the money for the 2nd product. If it does pay then Motorhaven has paid for International shipping 3 times on a product that only had shipping paid for once ---- losing money doing so.
4. Shipments that never arrive. Its extremely difficult to collect on insured packages if they are lost outside the USA border. And sadly, the incidents of lost packages once they leave the border is ten times higher than inside the border.
Canada is the only country MotorHaven automatically accepts orders for because shipping has been fairly reliable and inexpensive because they share a border with us.
For other countries use the contact form on www.motorhaven.com and they can handle it on a case by case basis.

BigF350,
heres a suggestion, with all the problems that happen shipping overseas , you might think about getting a group together and contacting a news agency like 60 minutes , dateline, etc etc... and explaining the problems involved with buying from the USA and seeing if it would be worth while to do a story on this problem, maybe with it being in the spotlight it might help make it eaiser to get the things that you want in a timely manner. this is just my opinion and a suggestion only. What do you think?

Yeah, thats not a bad idea.
I am not a huge one for the 60 minutes type thing though...
More and more companies appear to be shipping to Australia now days (we are willing to pay a higher price for most things).
I suppose it just ends up with who wants our money?
Those that are prepared to ship here get to tap into a small, but quite lucrative, market.
Thankfully Ken has a way in which we may be able to order.

With a little bit of mucking around and a bit of research you can always find someone in the states who's keen to send stuff overseas.
Stuffs expensive though - I am currently sourcing Proflap Mud Flaps - approx $350 Aus, Jobox crossover $1100, and Bilstein 5100's $2000+
Other things I want to get from the states later in the year are Bully side steps, Hidden Hitch front receiver, billet fuel door, billet number plate frames - you know with the little skulls on em. Gee'z these trucks bring out the adolecence in you.

Concerning the recomendations... well...
The link to this I. chapter of the forum was so far away (down-scrolling) that it was hard to find, new users may find that initial page overwhelming, and there are so much other sections before this one they just end clicking somewhere else long before getting down here... it happened to me... i noticed this chapter only when BigF350 invited me...
