1986 302 efi, no power to fuel pumps

Swaped in block and heads from 1986 crown vic into a 1986 f150. Can't get power to the fuel pumps. I've got power to turn engine and I've got spark, fires on spray in trottle throat. By doing power test I can get fuel pump relay to click and have reset inetia switch. Just no power to the fuel pumps when key in on position or starter turning.

You should have a yellow wire going to the starter relay battery terminal splice. There are alot of fusible links in this area. The one that feeds the yellow pump voltage wire I bet is burnt out.

Checked the fusable links and they are okay. Tried direct wiring the fuel pump and it does run. Wires feeding fuel pump read okay for continuity but neither reads hot when the ignition is in the run position. Thanks for the ideas. Any other suggestions?

You said the relay is clicking, and this is what controls the power to the fuel pumps, so see if you have voltage going into the relay contacts, and voltage going out to the fuel pumps. These are going to be the heavier wires. The smaller wires will be what activate the relay from the computer.
