I recently bought a 2002 SuperCab F150/7700 4x2. Everything I have read refers to them having either a 3.73 or 4.10 axle ratio, depending on if it was an "A" package or the optional "B" package. I haven't been able to tell from looking at the truck which package this might be. Anyone know?

Also, does anyone know what all the differences were between the two packages?

Check the rear end, on the cover one of the bolts should have a small tag with some # stamped on it.
