Just my 02 cents...I don't think it's caused by the fog lights....On my truck, It did not come with the fog lights, just my chrome bumper, and I still have a veryHIGH PITCHED WHISTLING NOISE coming from the windshield! I'm not sure what it is! also going in Friday for this reason!

My truck has the exact same noise from around 40mph and up. It seems like its from top of the windshield, and I didnt really notice it untuill i had the truck a few months. I would be curiouse to know what the problem is if you fix it. It drives me crazy.

I also have the windnoise and brought it up to the service technician during a recent oil change. They kept my truck for the afternoon and began taping each side of the windshield and driving it until the wind noise went away. They came to the conclusion that there is a leak on the top of the windshild, somewhere above the rear view mirror. They are going to reseal my entire windshield next week under warranty. Hope this helps...
