EEC-IV code 74

Does any one have information about this code?
I’s the only code I'm getting now in the engine running part of the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com></O></FONT>

In the KOEO part, I get code 11.

And YES before any one asked if I stepped on the brakes at the right time, (after the engine code is sent) I did in fact step on the brake pedal, I Know it the right one as this is an automatic and the only large pedal.<O></O>

How important it this code and what does it mean when it is a fault
