I've got a 1992 F150 4x4 and I want to get a full replacement for the front. I like the ranchand look but all the dealers said they dont make them for that year in a half ton truck. Its got a skyjacker 6" lift so I aint worried about the weight that much although it would help if didnt weigh 1/2 a freakin ton.

Can a ranchand for a 3/4 or 1 ton be modified?

also i really dont want to pay in upwards of a $1000.00 for one

I would like to put a winch in, in the near future.

would it be worth it just to sit down and build my own or to find one?
