which battery do i use

i am hooking up a winch to go into my tow hitch. i am running thick power cables to the winch from the battery. my question is this, i have a 02 f-350 with dual batteries, can i run the cables from the battery on the drivers side, or do i have to go with the passenger side one, or maybe it doesnt matter? i hope it doesnt matter which one i use cause i allready ran cables from the drivers side, but if this is no good then i will have to change it. your guys help will me much appreciated!!

I would think you will be fine although i think your hooking to the auxillary battery i cant think of a problem with it. We done a chevy like that last year and i do know fords are a little different it shouldnt be a problem.
