I think that's right I'll have to look tomorrow. About that truck I think my brother in law might actually buy it. Kind of sucks on my part because I know who's going to get stuck fixing it! I know exactly what he'll say "hey can you come over and help me work on my truck" mean while I spend 6 hours wrenching while he sits back and drinks his beer. I'll let you know if he changes his mind though.

Front tank for 76 F250 camper special

Was patching a couple holes in my rear tank so I could remove the cobbled front one from the previous owner and when I dropped the one I realized it's for a 76 F250 Camper Special. So does anyone need it? Previous owner said there was rust in it and it plugged the carb all the time, I think it was from the lines not the tank none of the gas I drained had rust in it.

The outside is pretty much rust free I haven't looked inside. I'm putting here first so I don't have to worry about airing it out for shipping (anyone know a good easy way besides opening it up?) I can meet you somewhere close to home or something. Next week or the week after I'll throw it in the classifieds and then ebay if it still don't sell.

Price? What are you willing to pay I don't need it. It's way to big for the spot in the truck. Would like to trade for a good front tank to fit 79 F150 4x4. If you got one.

need to buy a rear window for 89 bronco

I was replacing the electric motor in the wifes bronco, and busted the window, so to get me out of the dog house does anyone have a window glass from a later model bronco, I think any from 80 on will fit, either that or I am gonna have to go get a new one, but thought I would check here first.

I did that with a rock mowing once, blew out the rear window in my 78 Cherokee... right before I delivered it to my cousin. But the good news on that was that it had sat for 3 years with windows down, so it didn't get hurt by that.

Sorry an F150 window will not work, they don't roll up, and down, thus do not have the provisions to hook to the window mechanisms.

You must be talking about the window in the tailgate. I thought you meant the door.

TCI Torque Converter

Brand new TCI 441300 Street Fighter torque converter. Fits '66-'84 C-6 with 1.375 Crank Pilot 289-302, 351, 400, 429/460.

Bought it new in August for my 79, installed it, drove it 12 miles and knew it was too much for the truck. I went back to less of a cam and put the factory torque converter back in. If you have a 460 with a cam in it, you'd really like this one. My 351 was just not a good fit for it.

Paid $375 from Summit for it. Would like to get $250 for it. I'm giving the gang first crack at it before listing on eBay.

If you have questions, just ask. If you want to see it, come on up!

John

Lookin for some wheels in Iowa

Well iv got an 84 4x4 and it has the small 14" wheels on it and they need to go. Im looking for a set of 15" rims i dont care if they are the decent looking stock ones off other models. Mine are they ugly ones that you see on cars if you pop the hub caps off . So if anyone has a set or know where i can pick up some drop a message here im in Des Moines. Pics would be nice cause there was a couple styles i seen on some of the newer rangers and i dont really like them.
