Driving with a head wind or side wind my hood moves it looks like it's expanding and I get a hood vibration and a noise (rattle) from either under my hood or from the clowing where the wiper blades are located, it's a loud rattle that I can't stand. Ford says it's from or because of my wind deflector but I took it off for test and I still get the problem. Help
