just in case it hasn't been noticed...
Just wanted to be sure it got noticed, I made another shot at a chapter logo, those sticky's tend to get ignored after a while...

Try moving the word IOWA toward the middle of the flag in the staying in the white area & place the FTE logo at the bottom part of the white area between the Blue & Red

try moving the IOWA up just a shade, give the FTE logo a little space, otherwise I really like it!

How about having it say "Iowa Chapter"? Also..I think it would look best with Iowa chapter or the FTE logo on top, and the other on bottom of the eagle. Just my opinion.
