Audiophile doesn't seem to be working

I just picked up my new truck on Saturday (an 04' SC FX4) and the sub is not working....no sound at all. I have played around with all of controls on the dash for a couple of hours and still no luck.

The dealership is a couple of hours away and if there is some simple fix I would like to do it myself. Does anyone know if there is a switch of some kind on the amp or something or on the stereo that I can turn it on with? HELP!!

Thanks,
Chris
