Does anyone know if a 54 F700 cab is the same as a pickup? thanks

 

Yes it will be the same. All Ford trucks that year used the same cab with the exception of the cab over models. Now the front fenders are a different story, the front fenders on the bigger trucks had larger wheel well cut outs.
