if you go to cars.msn.com you can pick a vehicle the only one they have for the 302 is in a 1990 and it says that it has 185HP and 270 Torque it actually says 4.9 V8 which is the same as 5.0 because the bore and stroke is the same. Or you can go look in the chilton's guide.
That sounds about right. My '92 351 (5.8L) is supposed to make 215HP @ I think 4200 rpm and I forget how much torque, I think it was 325 lb-ft @ 2800 rpm. My '69 Bronco 302 is supposed to make 205HP @ 4600 rpm and 300 lb-ft @ 2600 rpm. In '77, the 302 only made 134HP @3600 rpm and 242 lb-ft @ 2000 rpm. Emissions is a killer... .
