How to start a chapter overseas?

I'd like to know how to start a new chapter in my neck of the woods since I believe there's no such thing here... (Bogota, Colombia) Thanks...

First of all, welcome to the site! I think you're the 1st member from Columbia &/or South America we've ever had! Cool!

Just email the webmaster (Ken) & ask him - I'm sure the rukes are pretty much the same as for the US. He'll help you with your questions & getting your Chapter started.

Actually Ken is too busy for these type posts.

I plan on creating a International forum soon.

This will involve people from everywhere away from North America.

We already have user's that reside in Australia,England,Scotland,Germany,New Zealand,France, & now, Columbia South America
