Dim Gauge Lights

I have just installed 3 A-pillar gauges and they are progressively dimmer as you move from the bottom one to the top one. I tapped into the wire from the dimmer switch for their power, and the ground is solid. Any thoughts?

Sounds like maybe you wired them from the + side of one lamp to the next (in series). You should run all the illumination lamp +'s from a single source voltage point (in parallel). Make sure evrything is grounded OK.

Yep, I bet that is what happened. Take one wire from each bulb, and twist them together. Take the remaining wire from each bulb and twist them together. Now you have two connections(3 wires each). Hook one group of wires to ground, and the other group to the power source.
