1999 Explorer XLS, Factory tow package???
How can I tell if I got the factory tow package with my 99 Explorer XLS? I bought it used about 6 months ago. It does have a wiring harness that is mounted on the bumper when I bought it but not a receiver hitch so I put one on. Is there way I can tell if my Explorer has the factory tow package?
