E-350 Upshifts

What should be the approximate upshift speeds for a 2003 E-350 Extended Club Wagon with a 5.4 L V-8 and 3.55 axle ratio?

1 to 2 ~ 10mph, 2 to 3 ~30mph, 3 to 4 ~40mph
These are what my E4Od in my 92 shifts at..... WIth the same axle.
