Welcome to FTE!
Do you mean the the dizzy is siezed to the engine & you can't remove the whole thing? (aluminim dist. & cast iron engine siezed together)
Soak it with penetrating oil or diesel fuel. This process will take a couple of days, so be very patient with it.

siezed dizzy

Not an uncommon problem. Takes time but I clean the area by melting candle wax around the base where it meets the intake, Yoy can try coke and various penetrating oils and just keep trying to turn it. You can tap it with a wooden or rubber mallet but yes they can break. Once its out, grease it and reinstall

Candle wax on it and time to seep between the two medals is the safest bet. You will find it will not require exesive forse to get it out if you are patient. Try this trick when the engine is cold so you can control where you are applying heat as aluminum heats and disapate more quickly than steel. the heat should be applied to the steel rather than the aluminum. Clean the area well first. Keep in mind you probably have the strength in your hands to break it so easy with any heavy persuation. If it wont turn it wont pull either.
Good luck
