Ok Ok I know that there is a LOT of post on here about how the 3.8L and the 4.2L are "similar' engines, and that the supercharger off of a 3.8L, mainly i've heard the old mustangs and T-birds, will fit on the 4.2L; with some "fuging" of course. But, has any one at all who is veiwing this post, or just hit this one by mistake, actculy atimpted to install the SC off of a 3.8 onto a 4.2? If so PLEASE post a reply, or you could of course leave us all in the dark, cold, empty confussion of space. If you actuly read this far down, will congadulations!!

 

You definately can't "bolt the SC right up" due to the fact that the mustang's engine has a different TB position than our trucks do.
