today i had my catalatic converters taken off.the front one was 3/4ers plugged
it made a big difference obviously with power.but the exhaust type noise continues,but not as much as before.i had a good look at the manifolds
they don't look as though they are leaking.it would cost me big coin to have the intake taken off and the manifolds looked at.any suggestions out there ford guys?my gmc's would have been 100 times easier to fix obviously,because there isn't this humungis intake in the way with 50 vacuum lines air pump lines and what ever else there is in the way.i love that staight 6 when it runs good,but working on this efi machine isn't for the average joe!somebody help out there
