Has anyone seen...

A locking fiberglass tonneau cover for the 04 Flaresides yet? If so, who has them? I checked with Leer and they don't have one out yet. Just trying to narrow down my search a bit. Thanks.

Tonneau cover

Check out www.raider.ca
I have had three of their canopies and their quality only seems to get better.

75Player.....

Check with ARE.....they make one called "LSII". I have one on my '04 F-150 Screw Lariat....and love it. You can see what it loooks like by checking out my gallery here on FTE.

I paid about $725.00, INCLUDING installation.

Good luck....

Fanman, are you sure about that price? The closest dealer to me is in San Antonio and they want $989.12 installed with no options. I had the LSII on my 02 SCrew and loved it but a thousand dollars round numbers is too much for my 04 SCrew. If you are correct on the money, I may have to go see my girl in Charleston soon. The link for ARE is www.4are.com

If I recall correctly the base price of my LSII was about $745 and the total package of the cover, headliner, 12 volt light and wiring the lock up cost me around $1000.

I also had my installer hook up a pin switch so my light comes on when I lift the cover up and it goes off when the cover is closed. It seemed silly to have to turn the light on and off all the time. Now it functions just like your car trunk would.
