Cam Question

I,ve been taking a closer look at my flathead V8 and found a few interesting things

1, I have a 4" stroke
2, I have adjustable lifters

I am wondering if I have a standard cam, I measured the valve lift and both inlet and exhaust are .310", Dose anyone know what the standard cam lift was
The engine was built in Canada model C1BA

I believe the Stock Ford cam for 49-53 was about .296.

If you have the timing cover off the engine. Look at the front of the camshaft. It should say EAB-A or 8BA-B. If it doesn't you don't have a stock ford camshaft. This only applys to the 49-53 engines.

Yes that is a mercury cam. I forgot about this one. The other numbers I listed are for the Ford engine.
