Dsb-vibration -advice

Well I got notification that the DSB will be hearing my vibration disbute case
on 5/19.Anyone who has been thru this I would appreciate any advice .
Is it better to attend,or is a conference call all thats needed THANKS

I just went through them on my 03 Expedition. They were very fair, but held to strict guidelines.

My case was documented and verified by my dealer, so the conference call was good enough.

If it's something that your dealer or Ford says isn't happening, you better try to take your truck to the hearing, if not, the conference call will do.

Be sure you provide them complete information, include complaints and comments from other people who have this issue as well.

I used priority mail with receipt to send paperwork to them. It's fast and cheaper.
