what does it take to get an lpg lisence? from what i understand it makes it so that you are taxed for the propane. what else does it do?

 

You need to contact your local B M V and find out if there is a program. It varies from state to state. Most of them allow you to pay the state excise tax in a lump sum so you do not pay it at the pump. You local fuel supplier should also be able to direct you to the proper state agency.
